McRib's in the house<....>Ya llegó McRib

I had a McRib value meal the other day in Managua, Nicaragua.  It was McYummy!  Just like old times....The combo with fries and coke costs C$89 ($4.09).  Remember that there are several McDonald's locations in Managua, Nicaragua: Bello Horizonte, Plaza Las Américas, Metrocentro (food court) and across the street, Plaza España and Plaza Inter.

Comí un combo McRib el otro día en Managua, Nicaragua.  Era McDelicioso!!  Como los viejos tiempos....el combo con papitas y Coca-Cola costó C$89 ($4.09).  Recuerden que hay varias tiendas McDonald's en Managua, Nicaragua: Bello Horizonte, Plaza Las Américas, Metrocentro (food court) y enfrente (lado Oeste), Plaza España and Plaza Inter.

Pizzería Italiana MONNA LISA

Most visitors to Granada, Nicaragua (for tourism) will say that Monna Lisa has the best, authentic thin crust pizza in town.  Here you can see two of them: one with a bit of everything and the second one is ham and jalapeño (a really good combination).  These pizzas cost around C$160 (<$8).  

La mayoria de los visitantes a Granada, Nicaragua (por turismo) dirán que Monna Lisa hace la mejor, más auténtica pizza de pan delgado.  Aquí hay dos muestras: una con un poco de todo y la seguna con jamón y jalapeño (bien buena).  Cuestan alrededor de C$160 (<$8).

Cold croccin' it in El Comején

This kid is cold croccin' it in Masaya.  In El Comején to be exact.  Nicaragua has proven to be a true haven for Croc knock-offs, as you can see in this picture.  Search the blog for 'crocs' to see many other examples.

El Comején Breakfast Wednesday<...>Desayuno miércoles

One of the best parts about Nicaraguan tourism is the food.  This is as real as it gets.  We are in El Comején, Masaya in Nicaragua this week, basically camping out.  I would like to share my breakfasts with you for the next few days, provided by locals. 

Una de las mejores cosas del tourism en Nicaragua es la comida.  Esta es lo real.  Estamos en El Comején, Masaya en Nicaragua esta semana, basicamente acampando.  Me encantaría compartir mis desayunos con ustedes por los días venideros, proveidos por las personas de la localidad.

New tourist project en Tola<...>Nuevo proyecto de turismo en Tola

There's a new tourism project in Tola, Rivas, Nicaragua named Guacalito de la Isla.  The first phase consists of a world-class boutique hotel with 35 habitations.  Vacation villas and a golf course designed by David Mclay Kidd will complete the first phase of this project, designed to be finished in 2013.  Additionally there are plans for a world-class hotel with 600 habitations in the second phase of construction.  The design promises to maintain 70% of the green areas in this lush tropical zone of Nicaragua.

Tola, Rivas is one of the most desired areas in Nicaragua, coveted for it's sandy beaches and excellent surf.
