Ummm. I had a great lunch the other day. Check it out. A stack of tortillas, piping hot, grilled pork (the kind with a little bacon on it) and that lime/onion/tomato salad. Washed it down with a Pepsi to cut the grease. This is an all-time favorite here in Nicaragua. Arriba pigs!!!
Yummy!!! Almorcé rico. Miralo. Un rollo de tortillas calientes, chancho asado (con un tantito de gordura) y esa ensalada de tomate, cebolla y limón. Tomé una Pepsi bien helada en un intento de cortar la grasa. Esta comida es una de mis favoritas aquí en Nicaragua. ¡¡¡Arriba los chanchos del mundo!!!
