Go Green

Salads haven't really been the typical fare for Nicaragua.  Getting a good salad used to be kind of tough.  However, times have changed and so have tastes and now there are some good offerings.  In the Metrocentro Food Court, for example, you can eat at Go Green.  I have tried a couple of their daily combos: salad, drink and chips for $4.95.  The best, so far, has been Monday's Go Club with a really good honey mustard dressing.  What you see in the picture is Wednesday's Go Tijuana.  Not as tasty but decent.

Looking around the food court, you can get salads in different varieties at: Pollo Campero, Go Green, Quiznos, RostiPollo, Tip Top, Burger Kind and Pollo Estrella.  Good green lettuce salads are hear to stay.
